Job Description

Sales Executive – Jewellery Counter Sales (B2B)

Company: PCM Jewellers

Location: Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time, counter sales

Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our silver jewellery wholesale business. The role involves attending to jewellery retailers and wholesale buyers, showing products, and handling sales at the counter.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and show suitable jewellery designs.
  • Explain product details, weight, purity, and pricing accurately.
  • Handle B2B enquiries, prepare orders, and coordinate billing and packing.
  • Follow up with customers on enquiries and orders.
  • Keep counter displays and stock organised.
  • Coordinate with the team for timely order delivery and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic calculation skills and attention to detail.
  • Jewellery counter sales or wholesale sales experience preferred.
  • Punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a busy showroom.

Language - Bengali speaking fluent and hindi
