Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher's & Interns)

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and accounts.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key decision-makers.

·        Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.

·        Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account research to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

·        Understand client requirements and present tailored AirFi products, solutions, and value propositions.

·        Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.

·        Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

·        Coordinate with presales, product, technology, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals and solutions.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.

·        Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting.

·        Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion within existing accounts.

·        Represent the company at industry events, conferences, client meetings, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.

·        Track industry developments and emerging opportunities in mobility, transportation, connectivity, AI, infotainment, and digital technologies.

·        Support marketing and demand-generation initiatives with customer insights, market feedback, and campaign inputs.
