Job Description

Generate leads for modular interiors, turnkey construction, and residential projects.

Identify potential customers through online platforms, networking, referrals, and builder partnerships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.

Manage client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and negotiations.

Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, and property owners.

Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve revenue targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to improve lead conversion.

Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
