Industry Preference: Employee Transport / Corporate Transportation / Logistics / Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify companies requiring employee transportation services.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and business proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop business opportunities across Bangalore and other locations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong corporate client-handling experience.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Candidates with experience in Employee Transportation Services (ETS) will be preferred.
