🍻 HIRING – SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

District 6 Pub, Brewery & Kitchen | Bengaluru

District 6 is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to generate new business, manage events and party bookings, develop corporate clients, and drive overall sales and revenue.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for events, parties, celebrations and group bookings
• Handle corporate events, corporate parties, team outings and bulk bookings
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners
• Handle event enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups and booking confirmations
• Generate business through event planners, agencies, corporate companies and local partnerships
• Drive party orders, private events and special occasion bookings
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase footfall and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and continuously develop the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Kitchen and Accounts for smooth event execution
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and follow up on all leads
• 👤 Candidate ProfileRelevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Events, Corporate Sales, Restaurant, Pub, Brewery, Hotel or Banquet Sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Good knowledge of local market and corporate business development
• Target-oriented and passionate about generating new business
• Ability to independently handle clients and convert enquiries into bookings
• Experience in event and corporate sales will be an added advantage
