Job Description

Hiring: Sales Officer – Gold Loan | DBS Bank

Job Role: Field Sales + Open Market

Job Locations: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Karnataka

Salary: ₹22,500–₹26,500 per month

CTC: ₹2.70–₹3.18 LPA

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Age: 22–32 years
  • Freshers are welcome
  • 6+ months of loan sales experience preferred
  • Gold loan or field sales experience is an advantage
  • Must speak the local language of the hiring location

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits and open-market activities.
  • Acquire customers for gold loan products.
  • Explain loan features and assist with application documentation.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
