Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Approach walk-in store visitors, understand their budget and usage needs, and recommend suitable mobile devices.
  • Product Demonstrations: Explain key hardware/software features, camera specs, pricing, active brand offers, and exchange schemes.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales quotas.
  • Stock & Display Management: Ensure assigned brand displays are clean, secure, fully stocked, and properly tagged with current pricing and promotional material.
  • Reporting: Share daily sales counts, stock status, and competitor feedback with brand supervisors or store managers.
  • Customer Support: Assist buyers with basic setup, troubleshooting, or guiding them to service centers if issues arise
