Inside Sales Executive – ConstructionLocation: Nagarbavi, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2 Years
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead
About the RoleWe are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in the construction industry to manage leads, drive conversions, and support the field sales team through consistent, desk-based customer engagement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for construction products/projects
- Follow up consistently with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to move them through the sales funnel
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services effectively
- Schedule site visits/meetings for the field sales team where required
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and back-office teams for smooth lead handoff
- Address customer queries and objections, and negotiate pricing/payment terms
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
- Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Stay updated on ongoing projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
- 2 years of Inside Sales / Tele-sales experience in the construction industry (building materials, real estate, or related sector)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with good convincing ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and pipeline tracking
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a target-driven environment
