Sales Staff (In Shop)

SALES & STORE EXECUTIVE – KRIETI CLOTHING. Krieti Clothing is hiring a Sales & Store Executive for our women’s ethnic wear store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and confidently show suitable products.
• Handle sales, billing, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain the store, including arranging clothes, folding, display management, cleaning and basic dusting.
• Manage trial room and ensure the store is neat and presentable.
• Coordinate and follow up with tailors for customer alterations.
• Handle alteration requirements and ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory organization.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges and basic complaints professionally.
• Support the store in all daily management activities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
• Responsible, hardworking and well-organized.
• Basic smartphone/mobile knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience in clothing, fashion retail or sales will be an advantage.
