Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of BDEs to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance, follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.
- Guide new joiners on sales process, products, CRM, and client handling.
- Handle important client escalations and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, and professional work culture.
- Prepare and share regular performance updates with management.
- Work closely with HR and management for employee development and team growth.
Requirements:
- Sales experience with strong communication skills.
- Previous team-handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of stock market/financial products is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, confident, and good at motivating a team.
Looking for: A responsible and result-oriented leader who can build and drive a high-performing sales team.
The candidate should have prior experience working with a stock advisory firm .
- 🕘 Working Hours & Days - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1st & 2nd Saturday: Fixed Off
- 3rd & 4th Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
