Security Supervisor

Position: Security Supervisor – River HQReporting To: Security Manager / Client Administration Head

Location: River HQ, Seetharampalya, Bengaluru

Job PurposeTo supervise daily security operations at River HQ, ensure disciplined deployment of security personnel, maintain effective access control, and ensure compliance with client security procedures and safety requirements.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManpower Management: Supervise security guards, allocate duties, monitor attendance, manage shift handovers, and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles. Ensure visitor verification and authorization procedures are followed.
3. CCTV Monitoring: Ensure effective CCTV monitoring and promptly report suspicious activities or security breaches.
4. Patrolling: Conduct regular security rounds and verify that all designated areas are covered.
5. Material Movement: Verify material gate passes, delivery documents, and vehicle movements as per client procedures.
6. Incident Reporting: Immediately report security incidents, unauthorized access, indiscipline, emergencies, and other violations to the concerned authorities.
7. Fire and Safety: Ensure guards are familiar with fire safety equipment, emergency exits, evacuation procedures, and emergency response protocols.
8. Documentation: Maintain visitor registers, vehicle registers, material movement records, occurrence books, attendance records, and daily reports.
9. Discipline and Training: Ensure guards follow uniform standards, grooming, punctuality, professional conduct, and client instructions. Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training.
10. Client Coordination: Maintain professional communication with the client administration team and promptly address security-related instructions and observations.
11. SOP Compliance: Ensure all security personnel follow the site's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Eagleton's operational guidelines.
12. Shift Handover: Ensure proper handover of keys, equipment, pending issues, incident details, and important instructions between shifts.

• Qualifications and ExperienceGraduate preferred; minimum 12th pass with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate security, preferably in a corporate office or technology facility.
• Prior experience supervising security personnel and managing access control operations.
• Basic computer knowledge, email communication, and report-writing skills.
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to coordinate with client representatives.
