🚀 Hiring | Sales Associates (TO) & Team Leads (T1) | Jakkur, Bengaluru.
At Square Yards, we’re expanding our Bengaluru team and are looking for driven, ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about building a rewarding career with one of India’s fastest-growing real estate advisory firms.
About the Role
As a part of our high-performing sales team, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their investment goals, conduct property consultations, and drive end-to-end sales closures. This role offers the opportunity to work with premium real estate portfolios, build investor relationships, and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate and qualify prospective leads
✔ Conduct client consultations and property presentations
✔ Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
✔ Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Required:
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Willingness to work from Bengaluru
Preferred:
* Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or other high-volume sales industries
* Exposure to consultative selling and customer acquisition
* Experience managing high-value transactions or premium clientele
