Job Description
MITRA Home Care is hiring an experienced B.Sc nurse for a senior home-care role.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and help create care plans
- Visit patient homes for skilled procedures such as IV cannulation, Ryles/NG tube insertion, Foley catheterisation and complex dressings
- Coordinate with doctors, families and the MITRA team
- Provide occasional 24-hour replacement home-care duty when required
- Maintain clinical documentation and escalate red flags
Work pattern: 12-hour daily availability; you may remain at home between patient visits. Travel allowance provided.
Requirements: B.Sc Nursing, valid registration, relevant experience, strong procedural skills, and ability to work independently in patient homes.
