Senior HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions.

Manage hiring for Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and related technical roles.

Understand technical JDs and identify candidates with the required engineering skills and manufacturing exposure.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, consultants and other recruitment channels.

Screen CVs based on technical skills, relevant experience, qualification, current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interview rounds.

Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, R&D and other hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Handle offer negotiation, candidate follow-up, joining formalities and onboarding coordination.

Maintain recruitment MIS, interview status, offer status and joining reports.

Build and maintain a strong database of engineering and manufacturing candidates.

Coordinate with external recruitment consultants when required.
