Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage daily administrative tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handle order processing, and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• call the customers based in our data base & ask for orders
• Coordinate sales orders with operations team.
• Prepare and send quotations .
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding product availability and pricing.
• Assist the sales team with daily reporting, documentation, and operational updates.

Requirements:

1) very good communication in english , kannada, tamil, telugu, Hindi (any 3 regional languages)

2) Strong follow up skills.

3) good hands on computer with knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, v look up)

4) Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5)Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

6) should be able to use AI, & draft mails & reply to the customers.

7) should be diplomatic in verbal & written communication.

8) communication skill: should be having good command over the voice, able to convience the customer.
