Job DescriptionField Executive – Service Operations

Company: Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

Payroll: Innovsource Contract

Location: Shivamogga / Davangere, Karnataka

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Authorized Service Centres (ASCs) for smooth service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day service operations and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with authorized service partners and internal teams.
• Monitor service activities and conduct regular follow-ups with service centres.
• Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Support customer satisfaction through effective service coordination.
• Maintain good working relationships with service centres and service partners.
• Handle service-related coordination and operational follow-ups.
• Travel to upcountry locations as required.

Eligibility:

• Graduate or Diploma holders only.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Service Operations, After-Sales Service, Field Service, Service Centre Coordination, Dealer Management or Customer Service.
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.

• Other engineering-qualified candidates
• Undergraduate candidates
• Distance-learning or part-time graduates

Employment Details:

Selected candidates will be deployed on Innovsource contract for Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

Important: The actual job location is Shivamogga / Davangere, Karnataka. Candidates must be willing to work and travel in the assigned location.
