Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of elevators as per AMC schedule.
Attend and resolve breakdown and customer complaints within the required TAT.
Inspect elevator components including motor, controller, doors, ropes, brakes, sensors and safety devices.
Identify technical faults and carry out necessary repairs and adjustments.
Ensure elevators are operating safely, smoothly and efficiently.
Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards at all sites.
Maintain service tools and ensure proper usage of spares and materials.
Prepare and submit service reports, checklists and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with the Service Engineer and office team regarding major technical issues.
Maintain good customer relations and provide professional service at customer locations.
Attend emergency/service calls when required.
