Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and responsible Shop Staff / Helper to support daily shop operations. The candidate will assist customers, arrange products, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and support the shop team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in finding and selecting products.
• Arrange and display products neatly on shelves and counters.
• Load, unload, and move goods within the shop or store.
• Check incoming stock and assist with stock counting.
• Pack products and prepare items for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the shop.
• Assist the sales staff and shop manager with daily activities.
• Help with billing and basic cash-counter activities when required.
• Check product labels, quantities, and prices.
• Inform the supervisor about damaged, missing, or low-stock items.
• Assist with local deliveries or other shop-related errands when required.
• Follow company/shop rules and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Shop Manager.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 8th / 10th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in retail/shop work is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle goods.
• Basic knowledge of reading and writing is preferred.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hardworking and punctual.

• Basic knowledge of products and stock handling.
