Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their furniture requirements, and providing personalized solutions that reflect our brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture pieces from our collection.
Explain product features, wood types (especially Sheesham), finishes, and customization options.
Generate sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and closing deals.
Maintain showroom display standards and ensure product tags and pricing are up to date.
Follow up with interested customers through calls or messages.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Record sales data and customer details for CRM and future outreach.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior retail sales experience (furniture or lifestyle preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and mobile-savvy
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
