Showroom Sales Executive

Welcome and professionally attend to customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options.

Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for customers.

Generate sales leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, digital leads, and follow-ups.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

Convert enquiries and leads into vehicle bookings and retail sales.

Explain the complete vehicle purchase process, documentation, finance, insurance, registration, and delivery procedures.

Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, CRM, and Delivery teams.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM / dealership systems.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

Maintain proper follow-up records and provide daily/weekly sales updates to the reporting manager.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.

Maintain professional grooming and showroom discipline.

Stay updated on new vehicle models, variants, features, competitor products, pricing, and market developments.
