💼 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bengaluru. The candidate will assist customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable watches and accessories, and drive showroom sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

⌚ Attend walk-in customers and understand their watch and accessory requirements.

🤝 Provide personalized assistance and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget.

💬 Explain product features, specifications, brands, and pricing clearly to customers.

💰 Handle sales conversations, negotiations, and successfully close customer purchases.

🌟 Deliver a premium and professional customer experience in the showroom.

📈 Achieve daily, monthly, and periodic sales targets.

🔄 Promote accessories and additional products to increase sales opportunities.

👔 Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI customers.

📦 Maintain proper product display, showroom presentation, and product availability.

🧾 Assist customers with billing and other purchase-related processes.

📞 Follow up with customers when required to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen relationships.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, as per skill and experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹10,000+ as per performance
