Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Execution - Supervise pergola, penthouse, gazebo, deck and exterior cladding work on site.
2. Drawing & Detailing - Read and prepare exterior layout, elevation and shop drawings. Coordinate with architects and clients.
3. Material Selection - Guide on MS, wood, WPC, glass, polycarbonate roofing and waterproofing materials.
4. Surveying & Measurement - Take site measurements, level checks and ensure proper alignment.
5. Estimation & Billing - Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, RA bills and track material for exterior projects.
6. Client Coordination - Discuss design options with client, present samples and handle site queries.
7. Quality & Safety - Ensure waterproofing, structural stability and finishing quality as per design.
Skills Required
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office. Knowledge of Lumion/Revit is a plus.
- Knowledge: Pergola structures, MS fabrication, wooden work, glazing, waterproofing, exterior lighting.
- Languages: Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Other: Creative eye for design, willing to travel to sites, good at client handling.
