Job Description – Site Civil Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project managers.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Check measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site records.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Follow safety standards and maintain proper site safety practices.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site-related activities.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision (freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
• Language Requirements Kannada – Must know (Speaking and understanding).
• English – Basic communication required.
• Hindi – Additional advantage.
• Additional RequirementsMust be willing to work at construction sites in Bengaluru.
• Should be responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Ability to handle site activities independently.
• Willingness to travel to project locations within Bengaluru, if required.
