Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to handle day-to-day construction activities at our residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge in RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing works, labour management, quantity checking, and site coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at site as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Handle RCC works including footing, column, beam, slab and staircase.
• Manage masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Check dimensions, levels, line and workmanship before and during execution.
• Read and understand architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with the site team for execution.
• Plan and monitor daily labour requirements and productivity.
• Maintain daily NMR / labour attendance and coordinate with the office team for labour payment records.
• Coordinate and manage masons, helpers, subcontractors, and other site labour.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure proper material utilisation at site.
• Check material quality and ensure works are carried out as per approved specifications.
• Prepare and verify measurement sheets, quantity records and basic subcontractor/client billing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and clients whenever required.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, work updates and site records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline at the site.
• Take ownership of assigned site activities and ensure work is completed as per the planned schedule.
