Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a dynamic Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage the daily site activities associated with our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution: Oversee all civil construction activities on-site in accordance with approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and specifications.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of materials and workmanship meets the required standards for reinforced cement concrete (RCC), masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
3. Planning and Scheduling: Develop and monitor daily and weekly work plans to guarantee the timely completion of activities.
4. Billing and Documentation: Prepare running account (RA) bills, measurement sheets, and site reports while maintaining comprehensive site records.
5. Material and Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials, as well as the deployment of manpower, machinery, and subcontractors.
6. Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper utilisation of personal protective equipment (PPE), and uphold the standards of housekeeping on-site.
7. Coordination: Serve as the liaison among consultants, clients, vendors, and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in residential or commercial building construction is essential.

Knowledge: Proficiency in interpreting drawings, utilising AutoCAD, MS Office, and understanding construction procedures is necessary.

Other Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset are imperative.
