About the Role:
Jollies is a premium family entertainment and indoor discovery zone featuring a dynamic soft play arena and state-of-the-art simulator arcade games.
We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly Part-Time Store Executives to support our weekend and peak-hour floor operations, front-desk reception, ticketing, and center hygiene. Ideal for college students or individuals looking for flexible, high-energy retail floor work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Billing: Greet visiting families, explain entry packages, issue RFID play cards/passes, and process quick cash/UPI billing at the counter.
- Center Hygiene & Upkeep: Keep play zones spotless—regularly wipe down arcade simulator consoles, assist in sanitizing soft play surfaces, organize shoe racks, and maintain tidy counter/lounge spaces during peak shifts.
- Floor Supervision & Safety: Monitor play zones to ensure safe play, assist children with arcade games, and address parent queries promptly.
- Retail & Socks Distribution: Issue and track mandatory anti-skid socks and wristbands for entering guests.
- Shift Support: Support opening preparation, mid-day rush management, or closing floor clean-up based on your assigned shift.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or pursuing graduation / fresh graduates.
- Experience: Freshers welcome! Prior part-time or retail showroom experience is a bonus.
- Languages: Good spoken English along with conversational Kannada or Hindi.
- Skills & Demeanor: Friendly, patient with kids, energetic, and comfortable handling basic POS/billing systems.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays during peak footfall hours.
