Store Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day inventory and floor operations. This is a hands-on role involving stock management, dispatch, receiving, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

●Manage daily store/warehouse floor operations.

●Handle inward and outward stock movements, dispatches, and receipts.

●Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

●Coordinate with vendors for incoming goods and deliveries.

●Ensure proper quality/QC checks of incoming and outgoing stock.

●Update inventory records in WMS, ERP, or Excel-based systems.

●Ensure proper storage, organization, and movement of inventory.

●Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

●Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to the City Manager/Ops Head.

Preferred Candidate Profile

●2–4 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or floor operations.

●Candidates with a background in Quality/QC will be preferred.

●Experience in retail, FMCG distribution, D2C fulfilment, OEM/spare parts stores, or similar environments is preferred.

●Good understanding of inventory management, inward/outward operations, stock reconciliation, and dispatch.

●Comfortable working hands-on on the store/warehouse floor.

●Basic computer knowledge and experience with Excel/WMS/ERP is preferred.
