Job Description (Stores Executive)
Working effectively on ERP systems
Managing material inward, outward, and inventory control through ERP
Physical inventory control, warehouse security, and inventory record accuracy
Maintaining material inward/outward registers
Monthly material reconciliation
Monthly physical stock verification and reporting
Transport coordination and knowledge
Repair material handling and reconciliation
Monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records
Material reconciliation for auditors' reports
Preparation of monthly warehouse MIS reports
Manpower management
