Job Title: Store Executive

Note:  Candidates are preferred from within a 5-kilometer radius of Rachnit Books, Chikkabellandur Main Road, Chikkabellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our store in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales, maintaining inventory, ensuring store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales activities in the store.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-organized.
• Plan and execute promotional events and book fairs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide proper assistance.
• Support customers with product information and requirements.
• Maintain proper records of sales and stock.

Requirements:

• Good English reading and speaking skills for customer interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven approach.
• Ability to manage store operations independently.
