Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise and guide store staff.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor sales, purchases, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials/products.
- Check stock regularly and minimize losses, damage, and wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and sales reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, accounts, and management.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure good customer service.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in store/retail management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer and inventory-management knowledge.
- Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
