Store Sales Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Sales Executive to manage customers, assist with product selection, and support day-to-day store sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide a good in-store experience.
• Support product display, stock arrangement, and store presentation.
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer details.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer service objectives.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in retail, showroom sales, or customer service.

• Good communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
