Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Weekly Offs: Four days per month, as per the store roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Assist customers and recommend suitable products
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Handle billing, cash and digital payments
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Resolve customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with other store staff
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
• Coordinate regularly with the head office

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing, inventory management and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented, responsible and punctual
• Kannada and English are mandatory; Hindi is preferred
• Experience with spiritual, wellness or jewellery products will be an advantage

Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule.
