- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and arranging inventory.
- Ensure proper product rotation and check expiry dates regularly.
- Support promotional activities and in-store displays.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Achieve daily store sales and customer service targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and product presentation.
- EligibilityPUC / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
- Freshers with strong customer service skills may also be considered.
