Job Description
Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee daily financial operations, regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, and team management for our Private Limited company.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of company accounts, financial statements, and balance sheet finalization.
Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and PF/ESI calculations.
Lead internal and statutory audits alongside external Chartered Accountants.
Manage vendor payments, receivables, cash flow planning, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and variance analysis for executive leadership.
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 3+ years of relevant experience in a Pvt Ltd structure.
Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime
In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws and corporate statutory compliance.
Having knowledge about HR work will be added advantage
