Job Description

Team Lead - Outbound Sales (Female Only)


Languages Mandatory: Fluent Kannada AND English.


Experience: Minimum 1 year of strict experience as a Team Lead in an Outbound Sales / Telesales environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Managing and mentoring a team of telecallers to hit absolute daily revenue targets.


Monitoring call quality, providing live feedback, and reducing shrinkage.


Handling escalations and stepping in to close difficult sales.


Reporting daily team metrics and attendance to management.


Requirements: Female candidates only. Leadership ability, high-pressure tolerance, and a proven track record of hitting team sales targets.
