Team Leader

A Team Leader outlines a role focused on guiding, motivating, and supervising a team to achieve organizational goals by setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, providing training, resolving conflicts, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment with strong communication. Key responsibilities include daily operational management, performance reviews, coaching, and acting as a liaison with upper management, ensuring team members reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities

• Goal Setting & Delegation: Define team objectives, create timelines, and assign tasks with clear deadlines.
• Performance Management: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, conduct reviews, and address underperformance.
• Coaching & Development: Train team members, empower them with new skills, build confidence, and identify growth opportunities.
• Communication & Culture: Foster open communication, promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships.
• Operations & Strategy: Manage daily workflows, develop strategies for efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports for higher management,.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 p/m (plus incentives upto 5k)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 6 months or min 1 year (Preferred)
