Team Leader – BPO
Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to lead our telecalling team. The Team Leader will guide, support, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of telecallers.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Help team members achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Train and coach new and existing employees.
- Conduct team meetings and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure quality of customer interactions and maintain service standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance.
- Resolve customer and team issues in a timely manner.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC or Any Degree.
- Freshers with strong leadership skills or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
