Technical Operations Associate (Internship → Full-time)

Why this role: You'll be our first team member. You'll learn how a hardware startup runs, from the workbench to a client handover, working directly with the founder. Most internships give you one piece of the picture. This one shows you all of it.

What you'll do

  • Install and set up Synk'd Hub and Switch systems at client sites using our installer tool, including Wi-Fi, router and access point configuration
  • Visit sites before installs (switchboard counts, measurements) and turn your findings into quotes and invoices
  • Upload firmware, bench-test new units and fit them into enclosures
  • Hand over to clients: teach them the app and handle first-line support
  • Keep things running: track stock, schedule installs, follow up with vendors and keep the CRM updated
  • Help with product demos at the showroom and at client sites

You'll also get exposure to: partnerships with architects, marketing content and product documentation.

Your first 30 days: Weeks 1–2: learn the products at the bench and the quote tool. Weeks 3–4: go on site with the founder. After that, handle installs on your own with support.

You'll fit if you

  • Have a B.E./B.Tech (ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE or IT) or a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical, as a fresher or with up to 1 year of experience
  • Like hands-on work and solving problems on site
  • Speak clear English, plus Kannada or Hindi
  • Have your own two-wheeler and a valid licence

Bonus: Networking basics, electrical or CCTV work, Excel, AI.

What you get

  • Stipend: ₹12,000–₹18,000 a month, depending on qualification and skills, plus fuel compensation.
  • A 3-month internship, then a full-time offer at ₹3–4 LPA based on your performance review
  • Reviews at 3 and 6 months, with a route to leading installs as the team grows
  • Certificate and a letter of recommendation

Details: Monday to Friday, [10am–6pm], plus Weekends in case of site work, with a day off in exchange.
