Job Description – Technical Support Engineer (Intern)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Position: Technical Support Engineer – Intern

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: Freshers can apply


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with basic technical queries and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve software and system-related issues.
  • Provide technical assistance through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of computers, software, and networking.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.



Eligibility:

  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Candidates pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
