Job Summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of M2M Car Care. Your primary focus will be reaching out to inbound leads, auto enthusiasts, and prospective clients to pitch and sell our premium range of alloys and wheels. You will guide customers through selecting the perfect fitment, size, and style for their specific vehicle make and model, turning inquiries into closed sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, past customers, and digital inquiries to promote our wheels and alloys catalog. 
• Understand customer requirements regarding vehicle aesthetics, performance needs, and budget to recommend the ideal wheel and tire setups. 
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and whatsapp.
• Educate customers on fitment specifications, bolt patterns, and finish options to build confidence in their purchase. 
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call volume metrics. 
• Manage and update the database with accurate customer details, call logs, and sales pipelines. 
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery for closed deals. 
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales. Experience in the automotive, car modification, or spare parts industry is highly preferred. 
• Product Knowledge: A passion for cars and a foundational understanding of wheels, alloys, and tire fitments is a massive plus. 
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, confident speaking manner. Kannada must with good English.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. 
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with excel and communication tools like WhatsApp Business. 
• Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
