We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Job Role –

TelecallerAs a Telecaller, you will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
• Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and support lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
• Update CRM, spreadsheets, or call logs regularly.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Follow company processes, customer-service standards, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to speak clearly in English and/or local languages.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to maintain call records and customer information accurately.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Freshers and motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
