Languages

• Should be able to speak any two to three languages -- Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Malyalam, Telegu, and Hindi,

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and parents from lead databases, enquiry forms, campaigns and walk-in records.
• Answer inbound calls and messages about courses, eligibility, fees, deadlines and the admission process.
• Qualify leads by understanding the student’s academic background, interests, budget and timeline.
• Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions and follow-up calls with the Admission Counsellor.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates until they enrol or decline.
• Record every call outcome accurately in the CRM or lead tracker.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and appointments booked.
• Send brochures, links and reminders by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
• Pass on feedback, common queries and objections to the counselling team.
• Follow the institution’s communication guidelines and keep student data confidential.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or a higher secondary qualification (a degree is preferred).
• 0–2 years’ experience in telecalling, customer service or education sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Clear, confident spoken English and the local language(s); Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Good listening skills, persuasiveness and patience in handling objections.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email and CRM tools.
• Ability to work to targets and manage time well.
• A polite, empathetic and professional manner.
