Telecaller

Candidscape Interiors & Construction is a Bengaluru design-and-build firm delivering residential, commercial, healthcare and government projects, with 73+ completed projects. Enquiries come in every day through our website, social media and marketing campaigns, and this role is the first human contact those enquiries get.

What you will do:

- Call inbound and marketing-generated leads promptly

- Understand each client's requirement, budget range and timeline through a natural conversation, not a rigid script

- Qualify leads honestly and book design consultations and site visits for the sales and design team

- Confirm appointments ahead of time and make reminder calls to reduce no-shows

- Follow up persistently but politely on warm leads

- Log every call in the CRM / lead sheet with outcome, client detail and next step

- Share daily call volume and conversion numbers with the Sales Head

Pay: ₹22,000 per month fixed, plus ₹50 to 150 for every qualified lead and ₹300 to 500 for every site visit converted from your call. No cap on incentive.
