Sales TelecallerWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to complete the sales process.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Knowledge of English and/or local languages is an advantage.
