Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through telecalling.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Build a good relationship with customers through professional communication.
  • Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Kannada and English.
  • Confident and polite telephone communication.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
