JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE ASSOCIATE

Position: Tele Associate

Department: Sales & Telecalling

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and confident candidates who are interested in building their careers in the sales and telecalling field. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with customers over the phone.

Qualification is not a barrier. We welcome candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th standard.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound customer calls.
  • Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer details and call records.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Candidates who have completed 10th or 12th standard are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in sales, telecalling, and customer interaction.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Qualification is not a major requirement; communication skills and attitude matter more.
