Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain fleet procedures to drivers, and support the driver onboarding process. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with drivers, addressing their queries, explaining company policies and operational procedures, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing drivers.


Explain fleet procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines to drivers.


Coordinate and complete the driver onboarding process.


Guide drivers through registration, documentation, verification, and onboarding formalities.


Explain the procedures for joining and working on ride-hailing platforms.


Follow up with interested drivers and assist them in completing the onboarding process.


Address driver queries related to fleet operations, vehicle requirements, and platform procedures.


Maintain accurate records of calls, driver details, onboarding status, and follow-up activities.


Coordinate with the fleet management team to resolve driver issues and provide timely updates.


Achieve daily and monthly calling and onboarding targets.
