💼 Job OverviewTii Enterprise is hiring Collection Executives / Telecallers for our Debt Collection team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending dues, following up on payment commitments, and achieving assigned collection targets through professional communication.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI / overdue payments.
• Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.
• Explain outstanding amounts and payment-related information clearly.
• Convince and motivate customers to make timely payments.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call details, customer responses and PTP (Promise to Pay) in the system.
• Follow up on committed payment dates and broken PTPs.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader / Senior.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsQualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Hindi / English / Kannada or other regional languages will be an advantage.
• Confident and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
• Candidates with Telecalling / Debt Collection / Loan Recovery / EMI Collection experience will be preferred.
