Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Interior & Furniture Sales

Royal Epic Interiors & Furniture is hiring a Telecaller for our Thanisandra, Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and generate customer leads.
  • Explain our interior design, modular furniture and renovation services.
  • Follow up with enquiries and potential customers.
  • Schedule customer appointments and site visits.
  • Maintain customer details and lead records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi.
  • Basic English and computer knowledge preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.

Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Location: Thanisandra Main Road, Bengaluru.

No joining fee or security deposit.
