Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller / Client & Vendor Coordinator
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month + Travel Conveyance + Mobile Reimbursement
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Mon-Sat
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience, excellent English & Hindi communication, good convincing and negotiation skills, a quick-learning attitude, and a target-oriented approach.
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of making a high volume of daily calls to clients and vendors, explaining our services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client and vendor calls, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Coordinate through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support.
- Quickly understand our business and prepare effective calling scripts.
- Maintain call records and follow up on potential leads.
-Excel Sheets for Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
- Build strong relationships and contribute to company growth.
